The right hand man, er, robot to the titular villain in Dr. Otto and the Riddle of the Gloom Beam. Back in 1986 when Jim Varney was just getting started, he made the bizarre gem of a film. In what might be considered a masterclass of character acting, Dr. Otto was the birthplace of Ernest P. Worrell among other memorable Varney personalities.
